“Run For Your Team” Fun Run
We’re excited to announce that Monday 9/15 kicked off Pleasant Ridge Elementary’s annual Fun Run Fundraiser—a healthy, active, and fun way to support our students!
Why We Run
The Fun Run isn’t just about fitness—it’s about supporting learning and enrichment for every student. Funds raised will help provide:
- Field trips
- Author and reader visits
- Classroom and building needs
- Staff appreciation events
- Family/Community events
- Teacher grants
Together, we can make all of this possible for our school community!
Our Goal
$20,000 for our students!
Here’s how you can help:
- Register online—it’s FREE, fast, and only takes a few minutes! Click here to register!
- Our goal is 100% student registration. Every registered student receives a sports-themed keychain!
School-Wide Incentives
As we reach fundraising milestones, the entire school celebrates together:
- $5,000 – Pajama Day
- $10,000 – Lunch Movie & Ice Cream Day
- $15,000 – Duct Tape Mrs. Hughes to the Wall
- $20,000 – Teacher Lip Sync Battle

Dan’s Downtown Tavern Dine to Donate – This Wednesday 9/24!
The Pleasant Ridge PTA is excited to be partnering with Dan’s Downtown Tavern (103 E Michigan Ave, Saline, MI 48176) on Wednesday, 9/24 for our first dine to donate event of the school year. Come out to support Pleasant Ridge Elementary School!
- Dine in OR carry out anytime that day.
- Just mention Pleasant Ridge when ordering.
- 20% of your bill will be donated back to our school!
Enjoy some great food while raising funds for our students – we’d love to see you there!
