Enjoy a night out at the NEW Little Caesars Arena with members of our school community as the Michigan State Spartans and Michigan Wolverines face off for in-state college hockey bragging rights and the Iron DTrophy in the annual Duel in the D.
Bonus: If you purchase four or more tickets, you will be invited with a guest to an open skate on the state-of-the-art Little Caesars Arena practice ice AND you will receive a tour of the Red Wings locker room (Date TBD. This event is NOT the same night as the game).

Use the MI DOE online form to nominate a teacher for MTOY! Nominations will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 20.
The Michigan Teacher of the Year (MTOY) is the spokesperson for Michigan’s 100,000+ teachers. The MTOY attends all State Board of Education meetings as a non-voting member of the board. Additionally, the MTOY has the opportunity to meet with the State Superintendent, Governor of Michigan, President of the United States, and other State and National Teachers of the Year. The MTOY is Michigan’s applicant for National Teacher of the Year (NTOY) and attends four national conferences through the NTOY program, including attendance at Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama.
