2016-17 PRPTA Board Nominations are due Monday, April 11, 2016

PleasantRidge_PTAThe Pleasant Ridge PTA Nominating Committee, is still accepting nominations for the 2016/17 Executive Board Elections.

All nomination forms are due (original hard copies or electronic copies) on or before April 11, 2016. Submissions may be sent to the PTA mailbox located in the Pleasant Ridge Front Office or to volunteer@prpta.org

We welcome all nominations and will strive to create a diverse and balanced roster of applicants that represents our school’s demographic. Our goal is to see that every parent has a voice on our PTA and is given the chance to become actively involved in enriching the educational opportunities at our school.

                 * 11am – 1pm ~ (2 Volunteers Needed)
                 * 1pm – 3pm ~ (2 Volunteers Needed)

Volunteers needed next week!

VolunteerHappy Friday PR Parents!

As you know, March is Reading Month is in full swing!  The month-long event will finish up next week with a visit from author, Julia Cook, and an all day school-wide Reading Festival on Thursday, March 24th.
Parent volunteers are needed to help make bagged lunches for the festival day.  We need 5-6 parents that can come in on Thursday, March 24th and work from 9:15 – 12:30 packing lunches, delivering lunches and helping with orders if kids are missing specific items. We truly appreciate any time that you can give, whether that be 15 minutes, an hour or the entire three hour period. The more parents we have, the quicker the process will go.
Please send an email to volunteer@prpta.org  ASAP if you are able to help out.  Any one interested in helping can meet in the cafeteria at 9 am on Thursday 3/24.
