You should have received information about our month long Read-a-Thon in Brad’s email and the children’s folders, which encourages daily reading at home. The total school’s reading minutes will be tracked each week.

I think the slips should be collected on Mondays so that Friday’s reading minutes can be included!
The teachers certainly appreciate your thoughts on this and it’s something to consider for the future. However, the letter and slips have already gone home and it would be confusing at this point to change it.
Recognizing that some slips will be turned in late (on Monday). Those minutes will still be counted, but will be reflected in the following week’s totals… Pam Wickman-Pleasant Ridge
