The PR PTA had it’s first board meeting of the year and were happily surprised that the staff provided a delicious appreciation breakfast. During the meeting we discussed plans for the district to contribute to the landscaping at Pleasant Ridge with the opportunity for the PTA to add their own touch in a creative project.  We went over plans for our fall fundraiser and are preparing to don our 80’s gear to help the kids get excited for their fundraiser’s 80’s Dance-a-thon! There are still events waiting for someone to act as the chair with the PTA’s support.  We appreciate all that you can do to help, whether you are able to give an hour a day, a week, or a year.  We will keep you posted and would be glad if you are able to make our meetings in person.
